Stephen Morrisson was found stabbed on the forecourt of a Shell petrol station on Epping Road, Epping on Tuesday 23 June 2020.
It was thought that he had earlier been in a car park in Epping New Road, between the Robin Hood and Wakes Arms roundabout where an altercation took place around 8pm after which he managed to drive to the petrol station where he was found to be injured.
The people involved in the altercation were thought to have had links to London.
Fourteen people were arrested in connection with his murder including a man from Ruislip. However five of them were released soon after and nothing more is known.
